“Alena, let mommy hold that bracelet for you so that you don’t lose it,” I said. “No mommy. I won’t lose it”, was the reply. This phrase was repeated several times throughout our two-hour visit at the local mall. My six-year-old daughter decided that she was going to wear her bracelet without our knowledge after we had already told her that it was too big for her. It’s Time to Let Your Light Shine

I was so excited to finally see the movie God’s Not Dead 2. I had to wait for it come out on video because as a busy mother of two children, I don’t get many opportunities to go to the movies. I am sure that many of you can relate to this reality as well. Is Family Time a Treasure?

Recently, I received a phone call from a relative that I hadn’t spoken to in awhile.  He was in the process of organizing our first “official” family reunion, so he asked me to help him with some of the details. As we were discussing the event, the conversation shifted to discussing the vast amount of time that had passed since the last time we spoke.
